This is the basis of the thinking behind Alliance & Ecosystem Consulting LLC. We have seen how companies have been able to improve their own performance by working constructively together. Some of the required actions are so obvious and simple, you wonder why they aren’t happening. And trying to find metrics that directly capture the impact of alliance activities can be maddening. But companies, including ones we have worked for and worked with, are finding the value of investing in their ecosystems.

Greg has 35+ years of experience. He has worked in multiple industries on five continents. The last seven years focused on Alliances for a global consulting organization.
Greg is also a New Zealand All Blacks rugby fan – hence the scrum logo (in case you were wondering about that). The Alliance ideal is personified in the logo, where each individual in the scrum becomes more powerful by working closely with his partners.
